Submitted for the approval of the Jenkintown horror community, we ask you to leave the comfort of the light and step into the world of the supernatural with us at our 3rd annual TerrorThon from October 3rd to 5th! This 3 day event celebrates all cross sections of the horror genre, featuring iconic slashers and classic monsters to foreign cult classics. We are kicking things off with our friend Freddy! 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗲: We kick off TerrorThon 3 with the man of your dreams! Jesse, an angsty teen boy, moves to Elm Street and is terrorized by the nightmarish dream stalker, Freddy Krueger (Robert Englund), who's looking to possess him to carry out his gruesome vendetta. This sequel to Wes Craven’s slasher hit was long thought to be one of the weakest entries in the franchise, but 40 years later it’s been reclaimed as a queer horror gem, breaking away from the franchise mythology and imploring plenty of camp and scares! Rated R. Presented on a 35mm print.

We are operating with a single projector. This special 35mm screening will be presented with a short intermission to take a break, grab a beer and accommodate a reel change.
